Exchanges

The company is the world’s best brow liner brush supplier supplier. We are your one-stop shop for all needs. Our staff are highly-specialized and will help you find the product you need.

We recognize ordering cosmetics online can be difficult, so we offer samples sizes of all our complexion products. We strongly suggest you order samples to test out a new shade before purchasing a full size. Sample sizes are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Once you purchase, if you decide the product is just not for you, we offer a shade replacement on products or a store credit for the value of the item (excluding tax) if you'd like to try something else. Our policy lasts 3 months after purchase. If 3 months have gone by since your order was placed, we may not be able to offer you a new product.

Damaged or Defective Items

At Elate, we stand behind the quality of our product. We absolutely replace items if they are defective or damaged within 3 months of purchase. Send us an at with the nature of the defect, and a picture, and we will send a replacement of the same item and shade, or a store credit for the value of the item (excluding tax), to you straight away. No need to return the defect unless we request it.
