How to Operate the Top 10 Industrial Autoclaves You Need to Know.
1. Gravity Autoclave.
Step 1: Load the materials into the autoclave chamber and make sure there is enough water inside the jacket.
Step 2: Start the heating process and let the temperature rise to the desired level.
Step 3: Keep the temperature and pressure at the required levels for the specified duration.
Step 4: Open the vent valve and slowly let the pressure and temperature decrease.
Step 5: Once the pressure gauge shows zero, open the lid and remove the sterilized materials.
2. Vacuum Autoclave.
Step 1: Load the materials and add water to the autoclave chamber.
Step 2: Begin the vacuum cycle to remove all air from the chamber.

5. Pit Autoclave.

Step 4: Gradually reduce the pressure and temperature before opening the lid.

7. Composite Autoclave.
Step 1: Place the composite materials inside the chamber and close the lid.

Step 3: Keep the temperature and pressure within the recommended limits for the necessary duration.
Step 4: Gradually reduce the pressure and temperature.

8. BSL Autoclave.
Step 1: Load the biohazardous materials and add water to the autoclave chamber.
Step 2: Begin the heating process and let the temperature rise to the recommended level.
Step 3: Keep the temperature and pressure stable for the recommended duration.
Step 4: Gradually decrease the temperature and the pressure.
Step 5: Open the lid and remove the sterilized biohazardous materials.
9. Rubber Vulcanizing Autoclave.
Step 1: Load the rubber materials into the autoclave and add water to the recommended level.
Step 2: Start the heating process and heat the chamber to the required temperature.
